Banca Sella Holding S.p.A.

Banca Sella Holding SpA is the holding of Gruppo Banca Sella.

Founded in 1886, Banca Sella is the longest-standing company in today's GBS. As of 01 January 2006 Banca Sella S.p.A. assumed the name Sella Holding Banca S.p.A. and transferred its Italian distribution network, savings management and private banking operations to a newly constituted bank which in turn assumed the historic name of Banca Sella S.p.A.

Sella Holding Banca S.p.A. maintains complete corporate continuity with the former Banca Sella S.p.A. and continues to perform all operations regarding market access, financial instrument negotiation, inter-bank relations, market funding, liquidity and, in more general terms, all aspects relating to financing and payment systems while focusing its efforts on the centralised management of services to deliver to Gruppo Banca Sella member companies.

Starting from 31 March 2008 Sella Holding Banca S.p.A. changed its legal name to Banca Sella Holding S.p.A. .
